Many people run incorrectly and end up injuring themselves. Imbalances start to form as you  increase your mileage and areas such as your hips, neck and shoulders start to ache. Be it whether or not you are still serving or have gladly ORD-ed donkey years ago, the mandatory IPPT has to be taken by physically fit men regardless of age, weight, size of biceps or one's visits to the gym. Over the years, 5 distinct groups of men stand out every single time in this mass congregation of testosterones. Which one are you?

THE BLADERUNNER: ROAD TO COMMANDO CHALLENGE

Singapore's very first Bladerunner is pushing the limits again. This time, he is gunning to complete The Commando Challenge (happening on 15 December 2013) and overcome the 12km route peppered with 25+ military obstacles along the way. We managed to catch up with him on one of his training sessions down at a public park last week, and he has certainly made improvements since his first day.

Sorry for the hiatus everyone! I'm back with a quick introduction to some of my favorite legs workouts. I love legs day I can just do legs all day everyday (I kid, again)! But nevertheless, I like to work on my legs because I feel a lot more pump when I work them legs as compared to the other parts of my body, probably because I started working solely on my legs when I kickstarted my fitness journey.
